Each item is one of a kind. The yarn used in each of these items have been kindly donated from supporters around the world. The ladies knit/crochet with whatever we can give to them.  The items sold in this shop will help continue the operations.

 一つ一つの作品は支援者から寄付されたヤーンを手で編んだ世界でたった 一つしかないものです。ヤーンアライブの活動を続けるために、皆様に作品をご購入していただけましたら幸いです。

Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped by Air Mail (uninsured) but Express Mail service (EMS) or Registered option is also available on request at an additional price prior to paying.

Orders are normally dispatched 1-2 business days (not including, Saturday, Sunday & Japanese Holidays) from Japan.

Shipping takes 10-14 days but please be aware that customs can sometimes cause delays. 

Yarn Alive is not responsible for customs fees or lost/damaged items. Please use a tracking/insurance option if you are concerned about lost/damaged items.

ご注文品は、お支払い後に郵送致します。なお、ご希望のよりEMSおよ書留での郵送も受け付けております。

ご注文品は、1ー2日中(土日と休日を除き)に発送致します。 

通常、お届けには10ー14日くらいかかりますが、税関手続きにより遅れることもあります。

ヤーンアライブは関税および品物破損の責任は負いかねますので、その旨ご了承ください。 

Refund Policy

If for some reason, you are unhappy with your item, please feel free to contact us within one month upon receipt and return the item. Yarn Alive will refund you the buying price.

Please note that the shipping fees that you paid are not refunded and that you are responsible for sending the items back to Yarn Alive in the same condition you received them.

返品／返金のご案内 

お届けの作品の返品をご希望の方は、お届けから1週間以内にご返送ください。ご購入金をご返金致します。 

なお、ご返送代金は負担いたしかねますのでご了承ください 。また、ご注文品はお届けした時の状態でご返送くださいますようお願い致します。
