仙台もとても暑くなりました！みなさんはいかがお過ごしでしょうか？The weather in Sendai is hot now! How are you all enjoying your summer?

ヤーンアライブは８月はクラスの活動をお休みしています。毛糸の寄付の整理などもお休みとなります。休みを取ることで、毎日の生活のための新しいインスピレーションを得ることができたりしますね。皆さんの夏がリラックスできる楽しい季節でありますように！Yarn Alive is taking a month off from all activities, including sorting through the boxes of yarn that have been donated to us. We hope you all have a relaxing and fun season!

さて、夏休みに入る前に、ヤーンアライブでは大きなイベントを開催しました！メンバーの皆さんで編んだたくさんの作品を販売して、バザーをしました。地域からたくさんの方々が訪れてくださり、みんなのストーリーを聞いたり、ヤーンアライブハウスを見て回ったり、作品を手に取ったり。。。とても楽しい時を過ごしていただくことができました。このように地域の方々に喜んでいただけることがとてもありがたいです。Just before we started our break, we held a big event! We had many items that our ladies knitted, so we organized a bazaar for the people in the neighborhood! So many people came! They heard different peole's stories, looked around the building, enjoyed the knitted items... and we all had such a fun time. We are so thankful!
